With the run-up to Christmas on its way, here are a few dates for your diary you won’t want to miss!

Christmas Light Switch On – Exeter will become ‘a glow’ with the lights of the city being switched on from Friday 15th November.

Late-Night Shopping until 8pm
Thursday 28th November PLUS Spark Drummers will perform at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
Thursday 5th December
Thursday 12th December
Thursday 19th December

Christmashay Village
We are extending the local Christmas Market activation we had last year with 17 market
stalls across the centre including Bedford Street, Eastgate, Princesshay mall and Square.
We are delighted to be partnering with Lloyd’s Lounge to deliver an outdoor Christmas bar in
Princesshay Square. The bar together with a small stage and 7 of the market chalets will
semi-circle around our large Christmas tree as a centre piece.
The Christmashay Village will trade between 28th November – 22nd December 2024.

Santa Sundays
This year Santa will be situated in his golden sleigh under the glass canopy every Sunday in
December (leading up to Christmas) between 10.30am – 4.30pm.
Families will be able to pose with Father Christmas and his Elf for a festive photo before
taking home a little keepsake for the tree.
Our charity partner ELF will be accepting donations (£2.50) from families queuing up to meet
Father Christmas.

Festive Entertainment
A magnificent mix of festive entertainment for late-night Thursdays and weekends post
the Christmas lights switch on. Further details to follow!
