Gift Card – An Update

Princesshay is in the process of switching Gift Card Programmes.

As of 29th July 2026, Princesshay will no longer be selling the ‘Gift of Choice’ gift cards run by EML Payments. Anyone with one of these existing cards will still be able to spend them within the centre until their card expiry. If you have one of these cards you can keep track of your balance by visiting www.getmybalance.com

These gift cards will still be excepted in over 60 stores and restaurants within the centre. Some exclusions do apply including Tiger, Sweaty Betty, Sports Direct, Bravissimo and Charles Tywhitt. Please check with the store team when shopping with your gift card. If you encounter any problems or issues using your gift card please email giftcard@princesshay.co.uk
