Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Ann Summers in Exeter, Devon, UK. As a pivotal role within our retail operations, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service and maximise sales.
Position Details:
- Location: Exeter, Devon, UK
- Salary: £11.74 per Annum
- Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales strategies and promotional activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
