Beauty Advisor – Space NK – 7.5hrs contract available

Role Overview

The Beauty Advisor’s main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPl’s target, through a customer fist
approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand.

They must aim to deliver:

  • A visually inspiring and inviting store environment
  • A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and policies

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers a ‘customer first’ experience exceeding customer expectations
  • Delivers unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
  • Work as one team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
  • Exceeds sales targets and delivers LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion
  • Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.Dulge
  • Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with their store team
  • Confidently communicates with external business partners, store visitors
  • Fully embraces the team effort and takes pride in achieving a common goal
  • Open and supportive of other ideas and opinions creating an inclusive, welcoming and
  • approachable store environment
  • Passionate about maintaining own up to date product knowledge and sharing with the team
  • Understands and adheres to all Company loss prevention practices
