Customer Toilets

Update – 25th July 2024 – Due to unforeseen circumstances the changing places toilet is currently closed. We are working hard to re-open this facility as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Princesshay’s Customer toilets are located in Catherine Square. Please click here to find them on the map.
The facilities include male and female toilets and two family/ gender neutral toilets.
The toilets are cleaned and checked regularly.
Opening Times
7am – 7pm Monday – Saturday
9am – 5pm Sunday
The Princesshay Toilets have been awarded ‘Loo of the Year’ platinum standard for the last two consecutive years.
Please be aware these toilets are underground and accessible by stairs. Princesshay also has an Changing Places toilet and dedicated baby change.
