We are looking for a Temporary Deputy Manager (Maternity Cover) at our Exeter Store to start as soon as possible.

About the Role
The Deputy Manager supports the Store Manager’s strategic aims. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has the motivation and skills to provide the highest standards of work through effective coaching. You will be accountable for delivering results and building the stores customer base through active engagement with customers. You will ensure that your store and the products are immaculately presented, that workload is managed efficiently and in accordance with company expectations. You will assist the Store Manager with employee matters and nurture talent within the team.
